Dr. Bradley Lemke

Medical Director and Founder

My Milwaukee childhood heroes were the family doctor and our Northwoods fishing guides.  My medical career began with the Norman Rockwell  Doctors Doll painting which depicts the kindly doctor treating the upset girl’s proffered doll.   I left Wisconsin for college, medical school, and internship before returning to UW-Madison to enter the ophthalmology residency program.  During subsequent ophthalmic plastic surgery fellowship training in New York, I developed a passion for the study of facial anatomy while conducting award-winning research.  The UW-Madison Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences (DOVS) recruited me to return to teach and open an orbital anatomy research laboratory.  I continue also to pursue my childhood love for Wisconsin outdoor living.

With Board certifications in both ophthalmic plastic and facial cosmetic surgery, my passion for the anatomy continues to guide the pursuit of safe, effective aesthetic outcomes. I’ve led award-winning research, co-authored three orbital and facial surgical anatomy textbooks, precepted fellowships in cosmetic and oculofacial surgery, and proudly served as President of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I’ve discovered my professional service at the intersection of artistry, anatomy, and mentorship.

In 2000, I founded Lemke Facial Surgery and Skincare 101.  Over the years, we’ve educated and empowered nurse injectors, aestheticians, surgeons, and dermatologists.  I brought Chelsea on board in 2011; her leadership elevated our practice, and together we have built our medical director network.  Today, I support aesthetic providers as a collaborating medical director through the Bradley Lemke MD Aesthetic Network.  We help practitioners and med spas grow with integrity and confidence. I continue research as a DOVS Emeritus Clinical Professor in the anatomic understanding of safe facial aesthetics.

Beyond the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, and find joy in gardening, e-biking, physical fitness, reading, and the occasional video game.

Chelsea Bridge

Project Manager

I’m Chelsea Bridge, and I’ve been working alongside Dr. Lemke in the aesthetics world since 2011. From managing SkinCare101 to co-creating Luminous Skin Health, and now helping build and grow the Bradley Lemke MD Aesthetic Network, I’ve had the privilege of evolving alongside this ever-changing industry. In many ways, I’ve grown up professionally within the world of medical aesthetics, and that journey has shaped me into the project manager I am today.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and a Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, I bring a blend of clear communication, strategic organization, and an understanding of human performance. My goal is to support our providers in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming, as they grow their businesses with purpose.

It’s been an incredibly rewarding experience to witness aesthetic providers not only build their practices, but to see them thrive. I feel genuinely grateful to work with such compassionate aesthetic professionals who lead with integrity and a commitment to excellent patient care. Meaningful collaboration and a strong clinical foundation are at the heart of everything we do, and I’m proud to be part of a network that reflects those values every day.

Outside of work, you can usually find me with family and friends, coaching gymnastics, reading, watching sports, or hanging out with my Goldendoodle, Whit.
